FREE SHIPPING TO U.S. ADDRESSES
Free standard shipping is valid on orders to U.S. addresses, including U.S. Territories, shipped to a single U.S. address.
We also ship to Canada and the U.K.; these shipping rates are calculated during checkout.
Non-mat orders ship FREE to all U.S. addresses and internationally to more than 190 countries, including Canada, the U.K. and Australia.
When will my order ship?
With valid payment, your order will ship within 2 to 3 business days from our location in Ocean View, Delaware, USA. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
If your order requires additional information to fully process, we will be in touch by email.
How will my order be shipped?
Our standard shipping methods are via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground, as determined by Pet Yogis.
Orders to Canada and the U.K. are shipped via USPS (to the Canada Post or Royal Mail which handles final delivery of the package) or UPS.
How long will it take to receive my order?
STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES FOR PET YOGA MAT ORDERS:
- For the contiguous U.S.: Once shipped, you should receive your order within 8-10 business days.
- For Hawaii and Alaska: Once shipped, you should receive your order within 3 weeks (Note: Remote locations in Alaska may take longer due to varying delivery schedules in the area.)
- For U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, etc.): Once shipped, you should receive your order within 4 weeks however it may take longer for U.S. Minor Outlying Islands.
- For Canada and the U.K.: Once shipped, you should receive your order within 2 weeks.
For items listed under “Other Stuff” (when order does not include a mat):
- Orders within the U.S. are sent in an envelope via USPS First Class Mail and are usually delivered in 4-6 business days.
- International orders are sent in an envelope via USPS First Class Mail International service to more than 190 countries, including Canada, the U.K. and Australia, and are usually delivered in 6-21 business days.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes! However, we do recommend using a street address whenever possible as P.O. Boxes may delay delivery. Also, a physical address is required for Express delivery.
For orders of our largest circle and square mats, there can be USPS limitations based on weight, length and shipping distance. Therefore, we recommend providing a physical street address in case we choose to ship through UPS.
Note: We are unable to ship to General Delivery addresses.
Do you ship to APO / FPO / DPO addresses?
Absolutely! In support of our troops and their families, we will not apply the additional charge for APO / FPO / DPO addresses. We ship mats to these addresses through USPS.
All Military and Diplomatic Mail is shipped via USPS to a military base or embassy who is then responsible for delivering the package to your location. Please note that delivery times to Military and Diplomatic Mail addresses in foreign countries can be upwards of 15-20 business days.
At checkout, please select the United States as the country. In the state drop-down menu, you have the option to select one of the following: Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe or Armed Forces Pacific.
Do you ship to U.S. Territories?
Yes! We ship mats (by air) to territories of the U.S. (American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands).
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, international shipping of our mats is limited to Canada and the U.K. only. Shipping rates to Canada and the U.K. are calculated at checkout.
Please note: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes, duties or handling fees. Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to international orders.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes. With the environment in mind, we use recycled or recyclable packaging materials and as minimal packaging as possible to ship our products.
Our shipping boxes consist of 100% post-consumer recyclability cardboard; please consider reusing, recycling or composting. Our packaging tape is made with over 50% recycled materials. Any bubble wrap or air pillows used are recyclable; please consider reusing it or recycling at a participating retailer that accepts plastic bags and plastic film for recycling.
Can I have my tracking number?
First off, THANK YOU for ordering with us! Yes. You'll receive an email from us when you first place your order and a confirmation email once your order ships - this email will include the tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier's website to track your package. If you are having trouble finding your tracking number, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide the tracking number for you.
My order hasn’t arrived yet. What do I do?
If it is beyond the estimated shipping times since placing your order, email us at email@example.com with your order number or the name and address on the order and we will check into it.
Please note: If an order is returned to us as undeliverable (receptacle was full, item oversized for receptacle, unclaimed, incorrect address, etc.), we can ship it again but you would be responsible for costs to reship.
I used the wrong shipping address. What now?
Before Shipping: Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before your order ships to request a change of address.
After Shipping: We are not able to change addresses on orders that have shipped. If the order is returned to us, we can ship it to the correct address but you would be responsible for costs to reship. If the order is not returned to us, then it becomes a matter between you and the shipping service (USPS, UPS, etc.) / individual residing at the address where the package was delivered. Please note: We are not responsible for shipping errors due to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided to us.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Please note: While we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for products lost or damaged in transit due to the performance of carriers, we will assist our customers in any deficiency in third-party shipping services.
What is your Return Policy?
We offer a 14-day Return Policy, less any surcharge paid. If you would like to return a product, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a return address. Items must be unused and free from damage and dirt/marks. Please note that you will need to pay the return shipping cost; costs incurred to return an item are non-refundable.
