Free standard shipping is valid on orders shipped to a single U.S. address. Outside of the U.S., a $15 surcharge is added for orders sent to Canada and territories of the U.S.
When will my order ship?
With valid payment, your order will ship within 1 to 2 business days from our location in Ocean View, Delaware, USA. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
How will my order be shipped?
Our standard shipping methods are via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or UPS Ground, as determined by Pet Yogis. Orders to Canada are shipped via USPS to the Canada Post which handles final delivery of the package or UPS Ground, as determined by Pet Yogis. All Military and Diplomatic Mail is shipped via USPS to a military base or embassy who is then responsible for delivering the package to your location.
With the environment in mind, we use recycled or recyclable packaging materials and as minimal packaging as possible to ship our products.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please note: Our shipment carriers are still experiencing volume-driven delays due to COVID-19 that may impact delivery schedules and tracking updates. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
OUR STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES FOR PET YOGA MAT ORDERS:
- For the contiguous U.S.: Once shipped, you should receive your order within 8 business days
- For Hawaii and Alaska: Once shipped, you should receive your order within 3-5 weeks
- For Territories of the U.S.: Once shipped, you should receive your order within 4-6 weeks however it may take longer for U.S. Minor Outlying Islands
- For Canada: Once shipped, you should receive your order within 2 weeks
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we ship to Post Office Boxes. If your shipment is too large to fit, the Post Office will leave a card / key in your box to indicate its arrival.
For our largest circle and square mats, there can be USPS limitations based on weight, length and shipping distance. For orders of our largest circle and square mats, we recommend providing a physical street address in case we choose to ship through UPS.
Do you ship to APO / FPO / DPO addresses?
Absolutely! We ship to APO / FPO / DPO addresses through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Please note that delivery times to Military and Diplomatic Mail addresses in foreign countries can be upwards of 15-20 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Outside of the U.S., we ship PET YOGA MATS to Canada and territories of the U.S. (American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands). Please note: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes, duties or handling fees. Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to Canadian and international orders.
OTHER PRODUCTS (ornaments, stickers, cards, etc.) ship FREE to all addresses including international:
• Orders within the U.S. are sent via USPS First Class Mail and are usually delivered in 3-5 business days.
• International orders are sent via USPS First Class Mail International service to more than 190 countries, including Canada and Great Britain, and are usually delivered in 5-21 business days.
Can I have my tracking number?
First off, THANK YOU for ordering with us! Yes, your tracking number should be in your confirmation email and/or text message once your order ships. If you are having trouble finding your tracking number, email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an update on your order.
My order hasn’t arrived yet. What do I do?
If it is beyond the estimated shipping times since placing your order, email us at email@example.com with your order number or the name and address on the order and we will check into it.
Please note: If an order is returned to us as undeliverable (receptacle was full, item oversized for receptacle, unclaimed, etc.), we can ship it again but you would be responsible for costs to reship.
I used the wrong shipping address. What now?
Before Shipping: Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before your order ships and we will change the address.
After Shipping: We are not able to change addresses on orders that have shipped. If the order is returned to us, we can ship it to the correct address but you would be responsible for costs to reship. If the order is not returned to us, then it becomes a matter between you and the shipping service (USPS, UPS, etc.) / individual residing at the address where the package was delivered. Please note: We are not responsible for shipping errors due to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided to us.
What if something is wrong with my order?

All orders are insured. Please note: While we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for products lost or damaged in transit due to the performance of carriers, we will assist our customers in any deficiency in third-party shipping services.
What is your Return Policy?
We offer a 14-day Return Policy, less any surcharge paid. If you would like to return a product, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a return address. Items must be unused and free from damage and dirt/marks. Please note that you will need to pay the return shipping cost; costs incurred to return an item are non-refundable.
